New Wave Connect is our new customer web portal - an exciting online service initiative to allow our customers improved control and visibility of their account, day or night.
Our first phase of development is complete; customers no longer need to complete paperwork for their soiled linen returns, but can instead enter them online through our portal. In addition to reducing your paperwork, this helps us to provide a better service since we know in advance your requirements for the following delivery.
We are currently working on a number of further developments which we will be making available to customers throughout the coming months.
