We believe in and encourage proactive communication at all levels, led by our senior management teams at all of our locations. For example, we will telephone you each week as a matter of course, just to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
We welcome and encourage laundry visits by our customers and are happy to introduce out supply partners to assist in developing customer solutions.
